What will you do:

• Align with organization goals and lead practice through innovation and thought leadership
• Support presales/sales team in driving AI strategies for customers/prospects
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand problems, improve collaboration, and drive AI solutions
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiency through Machine Learning and AI
• Provide oversight to ongoing projects in the AI space and ensure smooth delivery of solutions on time and within budget
• Collaborate with external ecosystems to gather POV's on AI evolutions and drive R&D and Point Solutions
• Present solution concepts to customers/partners at CXO level

What makes you great fit:

• 10+ years of IT experience
• At least 5 years of AI/ML experience
• Experience leading a team or modern technology practice (AI/ML, Cloud)
• Expertise in creating new AI solutions across various industry verticals
• Ability to work with tech teams to implement Gen AI solutions
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex information to non-technical audiences
