What you will do:

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android platforms
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using React Native Java/Kotlin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in Android app development
• Strong proficiency in React Native framework mandatory
• Solid understanding of core Android development using Java and/or Kotlin
• Experience with Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and libraries
• Understanding of Google's design principles and interface guidelines
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Understanding of Google's Material Design principles
• Knowledge of performance profiling tools like Android Studio Memory/CPU Monitor
• Familiarity with Firebase
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
