What you will do:

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend applications using Node.js and related technologies.
• Build and maintain robust, high-performance APIs that support frontend applications and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and frontend developers, to ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components.
• Implement and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable data storage solutions using databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges in backend applications.
• Participate in code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in backend development, specifically with Node.js.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

What makes you a great fit:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on Node.js.
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript(ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Node.js frame works, such as Express, Koa, or NestJs.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices for backend applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
