• Design, develop, and optimize backend architecture using Python, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead and guide the development of robust APIs, microservices, and backend frameworks to support frontend and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop data storage and management solutions, ensuring data security, accessibility, and integrity.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and make architectural adjustments to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, while setting standards for code quality within the team.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on Python.
• Proven experience designing and implementing backend architectures and APIs.
• Proficiency in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and API security.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
