• In-depth understanding of Software Design Principles and Java Design Patterns
• Strong understanding of technology and coding
• 3+ years of experience in leading/grooming a team of 4-5 members
• 4+ years of work experience in software design and solutioning for Senior Developers
• 6+ years of experience for leads
• Strong communication skills – Should possess good language skills; should be able to articulate and communicate things clearly and unambiguously
• Experience of working with customers (and customers’ customer)
• Flexibility to work in different technology
• Knowledge of Banking would be a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working with tools like – JMeter, SonarQube would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Software Design principles and Java Design Patterns
• Good understanding of coding standards and its importance
