What you'll do :

• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insightful and actionable daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored reports
• Utilize BI tools to create consumable reports and dashboards for different stakeholders
• Communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner understandable by non-technical stakeholders, including CXO-level executives
• Apply statistical techniques to forecast future trends and provide insights for business planning
• Identify patterns and correlations among various data points to predict outcomes and support strategic decisions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and validation processes
• Manage and optimize databases, data collection systems, and data analytics platforms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address business needs and improve data-driven decision-making
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner

What makes you a great fit :

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
