What you'll do:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them align our AI solutions with their business objectives and operational goals.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or features based on client needs and challenges.
  
• Lead initiatives to expand our AI product offerings to new clients and markets within the BFSI industry and beyond.
• Act as the primary consultant for clients, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions.
  
• Conduct product training sessions to ensure clients understand and effectively utilize our real-time assistance, post-call analytics, agent training tools etc.
  
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any client issues or questions.
• Develop and implement frameworks for measuring the value and ROI of our AI products for clients.
  
• Regularly report on key metrics and insights, demonstrating the tangible benefits of our solutions to stakeholders.
  
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights and client feedback.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide client feedback and suggest enhancements to our AI solutions.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
  
• Own the implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment of our solutions.
  

What makes you a great fit:

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting analytics products, AI solutions, or a related field.
  
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing analytics products for clients.
  
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in real-time assistance, call analytics, and agent training.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
