What you'll do :

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to personalize content based on user preferences and behavior.
• Work closely with content creators and editors to understand and anticipate audience interests and tailor content accordingly.
• Analyze user engagement data to generate insights and recommend content strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
• Develop algorithms for automatic content creation in various formats (Audio, Text, and Video) using natural language processing and generation techniques.
• Lead projects to explore and integrate new AI technologies to improve content creation and delivery.
•  Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the availability of required data, computing resources, and integrations.
• Measure and optimize the performance of AI models and algorithms, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and research in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and provide thought leadership in data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analytics professionals.
