LTSI provides airlines access to 24/7 support on a full-service spectrum of integrated and comprehensive services, including access to Lufthansa Technik’s global spare part pool, best-in-class repair and overhaul services within an in-house and contracted MRO network, in-depth engineering support, and tailored logistic solutions to enable seamless aviation operations. LTSI’s dedicated customer support teams take care of needs of airline partners, from comprehensive long-term support packages to immediate ad-hoc needs for a loan, exchange, or repair. The eFreight Pre-Check center at LTSI cross checks and validates all documentation requirements for air freight so that the shipments are good to go on the aircraft.
