What you'll do:

• Understand customer needs and propose practical, in-depth AI and Gen AI solutions.
• Research industry trends in AI and Gen AI to identify innovative solutions for business problems.
• Define architecture, design solutions, and implement AI and Gen AI solutions for customer programs.
• Inspire and mentor a Data Scientist practice and delivery team; oversee the delivery of complex AI and Gen AI programs.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and code reviews; collaborate with AI Data Scientists and Cloud Engineers.
• Apply statistics, modeling, and machine learning to improve system efficiency and relevance algorithms in business applications.
• Highly motivated and self-driven AI Leader needed to head the AI and Gen AI practice and solutions.
• Objective: Design and implement AI and Gen AI solutions to address customer business problems.

What makes you a great fit:

• 10+ years of experience with hands-on design and implementation of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Expertise in R, Python (NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas), TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLlib, and LLM solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
• Experience building and deploying complex, scalable Machine Learning solutions in production.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting for extracting large data sets and designing ETL flows.
• Strong interest and aptitude in data, metrics, and analysis.
