• Possessing a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Manual Testing, with a preference for expertise in lending, depository operations, banking operations, or back-office front end.
• Proficiently document test scenarios and cases for both change requests and new applications.
• Conduct thorough execution of manual test cases as outlined by project requirements.
• Diligently report and track defects until resolution, ensuring timely closure.
• Ensure adherence to all necessary documentation standards and compliance measures.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Manual Testing concepts including Black Box Testing, White Box Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Defect Lifecycle and its stages, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, and Testing Principles.
• Perform manual testing on applications relevant to the project scope.
• Familiarity with SQL up to the level of joining operations.
• Proficiency in Unix basics.
• Uphold client compliance standards throughout project execution.
• Availability for Releases/Production testing as per project demands.
