What makes you great fit:

• 10+ years of software industry experience, including recent work on cloud-based products

• 2+ years of leadership experience, overseeing software releases, processes, and team management

• Proven track record in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback

• Experience with multi-tenant applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Proficiency in microservices development using Java or .NET stacks

• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, load balancing, caching)

• Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka, Pulsar)

• Experience building scalable systems using Elasticsearch and both SQL and NoSQL databases
