What you'll do:

• 70% development, 30% leadership
• Remove manual implementation from workflows and look to automate as much as possible
• Provide mentorship and career support for the members of your teams - maximizing their potential
• Agile champion for your teams, taking pride in a metrics-based organization that looks to continually improve itself
• Be a consultant for multiple teams, your deep hands-on experience with multiple development approaches, patterns, and architectures means that you can advise both external teams and your team as to the best way to implement a solution
• Create and Lead strategy for a roadmap that caters to the needs of the business and developers

What makes you a great fit:

• Extensive experience in technical leadership, guiding teams of seasoned developers to create best-in-class software products
• Experience building software products in TypeScript
• Hands-on experience configuring AWS infrastructure
• Passion for and experience with automation with a reluctance to manual implementation
• CI/CD experience - using tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab with preferred experience in ArgoCD
• Preferred Skills
• IaaC using Terraform and preferably Pulumi
• Java programming skills
• Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace
