What you'll do:

• Design tasks for other engineers as per Meesho's guidelines.
• Responsible for system architecture, design review, and long-term roadmap.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and share and seek feedback.
• Keep a closer look at various projects and monitor their progress.
• Carry on smooth collaborations with the product, design, and business teams to innovate on new products.
• Manage engineers and take ownership of the project while ensuring product scalability
• Build, lead, develop, and coach teams of top technical talent.

• 8+ years of experience required in engineering domain
• 1+ years of experience in managing software development teams.
• Able to drive sprints and OKRs.
• Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup.
• Expertise in Java/Python/Go and multithreading.
• Deep understanding of transactional and NoSQL DBs.
• Deep understanding of Messaging systems - Kafka.
