What you'll do:

• Lead and manage a talented team of engineers, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Architect and design technical solutions for complex business requirements, with a strong focus on scalable, event-driven microservices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to develop the best market-fit solutions.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery by utilizing tools like Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee cloud deployments, leveraging AWS services and other cloud platforms for optimal performance.
• Maintain strong expertise in Java-based technologies, including Java 8, ORMs, multi-threading, batch processing, and Redis.
• Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, MongoDB), ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Familiarity with mobile technologies such as React Native is a plus, allowing you to contribute to cross-platform solutions.
