What you'll do:

• Direct the development of intuitive user interfaces (UIs) leveraging modern design patterns and component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
• Establish and enforce high standards in application architecture using React Native and React.js, emphasizing code maintainability, reusability, and testability.
• Implement clean separation of concerns by effectively utilizing React concepts like state management (Redux, Context API), props drilling minimization, and functional components.
• Design compelling user experiences that prioritize accessibility (WCAG compliance) and performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting).
• Integrate cutting-edge security measures tailored to safeguard sensitive information, with a focus on healthcare applications (OWASP Top 10 compliance).
• Employ state-of-the-art techniques for front-end optimization in React Native and React.js to ensure rapid loading times and smooth user interactions (e.g., memoization, code profiling, performance budgets).

• Technical Guidance & Mentorship:
• Lead a team of front-end developers by setting a strong example in code quality, architectural best practices, and adherence to clean coding principles.
• Actively participate in code reviews, especially for critical UI components and performance-sensitive sections of the codebase.
• Facilitate technical workshops and discussions to address client-specific front-end requirements and translate them into clear development goals.
