What you'll do:

• Leadership Skills: Work and mentor frontend developers. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Drive technical excellence and innovation within the team.
• Architectural Oversight: Oversee the architecture and design of front-end applications. Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface with backend teams, particularly those using Django, to ensure cohesive integration across the tech stack.
• Collaboration with External Teams: Payment gateway integration, data analytics tools, and video audio vendors are all important friends, we want you to lead these collaborations.
