What you'll do:

• Deliver stability of over 99.99% across MishiPay’s key applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (support, operations and product staff) to define, design, and ship new features
• Design & develop new features / fix bugs / and optimize our microservices
• Deliver robust code with tests, including coverage for all functional cases and integrations
• Actively work to clear tech-debt and improve code-quality as we continue developing new features & products
• Integrate internal and external dependencies
• Prepare high quality technical documentation
• Travel within base country and abroad for on-site developments with key clients

What makes you a great fit:

• Familiarity with Kotlin & Android Development tools
• Have published one or more Android apps in the Play Store
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• 2 years backend development experience using Python / Django
• Experience with at least one relational database like PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Hands on experience with at least one major cloud provider like AWS, Azure or GCP (Azure preferred)
• (bonus) Worked in a startup that has seen scale or coming from an entrepreneur background
• (bonus) Experience of fintech, retail-system and technologies
