What you'll do:

• Develop and Maintain Ad Tech Platform:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend and frontend components of our ad tech platform.
• Ensure robust integration with various ad exchanges and DSPs.
• Programmatic Ad Tech Implementation:
• Implement and optimize programmatic ad tech solutions, including header bidding, real-time bidding (RTB), and Google Ad Manager integrations.
• Work on ad serving, ad placement, and auction logic to maximize ad revenue and performance.
• Database Management:
• Design and manage databases to handle large volumes of ad tech data, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Demonstrable ability to lead and inspire a team, with a vision to take on senior leadership responsibilities in the tech/product domain.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and sales to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ad tech and software development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

What makes you great fit:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in full stack development.
• At least 3 years of experience in programmatic ad tech.
• Proficient in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development skills using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.
• Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with programmatic ad tech, including Google Ad Manager, header bidding, RTB, and DSPs.
• Familiarity with ad serving technologies and standards (e.g., VAST, VPAID).
• DevOps Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
