What will you do:

• Full Stack Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript frameworks (like React/Angular), and Microservices architecture.
• Architectural Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design the architecture for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Cloud Integration: Work with AWS, to deploy and manage cloud-based solutions. Develop strategies for cloud migration and implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines.
• API Development & Integration: Design and develop RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability. Conduct regular code reviews and refactor when necessary.
• DevOps: Participate in DevOps practices such as containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automation, and continuous integration.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, guide teams in best practices, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to understand requirements, provide regular updates, and resolve issues.
