What you'll do: 

• Design, build and optimize end to end data pipelines for ingesting, processing and storing large volumes of data
• Manage and optimize databases, including both relational and non-relational databases, to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and implement data models and schemas to support data analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across different data sets.
• Manage and maintain data infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data warehouses, and distributed computing systems, to meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in data pipelines and systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and software engineers, to deliver data-driven solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
