What you'll do :

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex web applications and services using Java technologies.
• Utilize frontend technologies such as React.js to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Backend Developers, Consultants, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and manage both relational (MySQL, SQLServer, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Drive test automation efforts to maintain high standards of software quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write comprehensive documentation, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings and technical capabilities.

What makes you  a great fit :

• 9-15 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Java-based development.
• Deep expertise in the Spring/Spring boot framework for building scalable and secure enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deployment and management.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQLServer, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB), with proficiency in database design and optimization.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, with a strong emphasis on building modern and responsive UIs.
• Experience implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks and practices within an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team setting.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members, and drive technical excellence.
