What will you do:

• Ensure all functions developed by the team are thoroughly tested.
• Combine automated and manual testing to cover system functionality efficiently without compromising quality.
• Strive to automate and maintain comprehensive test sets with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Work with IT and operations to facilitate tests in production environments for production pipeclean testing.
• Provide detailed information on any faults found and help the Agile Coach and Product Owner (PO) prioritize the backlog.
• Assist developers in reproducing errors or application crashes in test/dev environments as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for root cause analysis (RCA).
• Understand the product vision and work closely with designers and the PO to translate their vision into a test.
• Partner with development teams to identify key risk areas in new solutions.
• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies as needed to provide clarification and problem-solve with the team.

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in automation testing processes, technologies, and methodologies for both front-end and back-end of mobile devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deep proficiency in creating automation testing suites with Selenium/Appium for native apps using Core Java, along with API automation with grid and CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Ability to analyze Unix logs and assist in debugging.
• Experience validating acceptance of user stories against development team deliverables, with the ability to flag defects, variations, and additions to deliverables against established user stories.
• Experience applying software performance tests and generating improvement plans (would be a value add).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Preferable experience as a tester in an Agile cross-functional team.
