What you'll do:

• Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support as needed.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and define test objectives.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases to validate product functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Identify and prioritize test cases based on risk analysis and business impact.
• Establish and maintain test environments, tools, and frameworks to support efficient testing processes.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
