What will you do:

• Oversee and guide the QA team to ensure effective test coverage and execution.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Mentor and train junior QA engineers to foster their growth and development.
• Utilize JMeter to design and execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks.
• Work closely with development teams to understand performance requirements and address issues.
• Use various debugging tools to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and ensure a smooth development lifecycle.
• Employ application performance tools to monitor and enhance application performance.
• Provide recommendations for improvements based on performance analysis.
• Understand and work with Docker for containerization of applications.
