What you'll do:

• Must have tools skills: Backstage, IaC, Crossplane, Containerization (AWS EKS), AWS Container registry, AWS DevOps tools

• Building of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) with Backstage

• Must have a product mindset and build Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)

• Work with Application teams to understand requirements and provide leadership to application teams

• Onboard application teams on the Internal Developer Platform (IDP)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Provisioning infrastructure including servers, networking, storage, and cloud

• Developing automation scripts and tooling using an IT automation tool

• Building a CI/CD pipeline, including build/test/deployment workflows in AWS Native DevOps tools

• Monitoring system performance to analyze performance, security, and reliability

• Integrating security and compliance into the platform with encryption and access management

• Documenting configurations and processes so different teams understand how to use the same platform

• Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to understand what they need from the platform

• Researching emerging technologies to build into the platform, as well as their potential impact
