What You'll do:

• Lead the end-to-end development of e-commerce platforms from concept to production, including architecture design, implementation, and deployment.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns.
• Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle large volumes of traffic and transactions.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their technical skills.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the development process, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and software engineering

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on e- commerce platform development.
• Proven track record of building and delivering scalable, high-performance e- commerce platforms from scratch.
• Strong expertise in coding, design, and architecture, with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with modern web technologies, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., JEE, Python, Node.js). Technology agnostic engineering leader
• Deep understanding of database technologies, distributed systems, and cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
