What you'll do :

Support and lead a team of software engineers, driving highly effective execution, and delivering high-quality results on time.
Remove knowledge bottlenecks and lead code refactoring activities to support high maintainability and team scalability.
Coach and provide constant feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
Gain product and technology expertise, from research and validation to design and development to monitoring the product in production.
Hands-on position, as part of your role, you will have an active role in participating in the development and delivery of the product.

What makes you a great fit:

At least 3 years experience leading development teams
Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development
Experience with Agile methodology.
Proven extensive experience with Microsoft .NET technologies: .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#
Experience with at least some of the front-end technologies: JavaScript, React, jQuery, ASP .NET MVC.
Experience with product integrations, APIs, ETLs, data ingestion, and egestion.
Proven experience with relational databases, fluent with SQL
Proven experience in building and supporting cloud-based, enterprise-grade, SaaS applications.
Team player, strong communication skills, and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and motivate a group of senior professionals.
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Fluent English: both written and spoken
Experience with Oracle DB
Familiarity with CI/CD processes
Experience with Java
Experience with Python
Experience with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
