What you'll do :

• Partner with stakeholders to define user needs, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a world-class user experience through user research and user-centered design principles.
• Lead the creation and execution of the product roadmap, aligning it with both short-term and long-term company goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, SEO Specialists and data scientists to ensure smooth product development and timely delivery.
• Implement a comprehensive product requirements document (PRD) with defined metrics for performance evaluation.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and validate product hypotheses.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
• Partner with the tech lead to establish product development timelines and priorities.
• Experience in building organic website traffic.
