What will you do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Python-based applications and solutions.
• Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns for Python projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security through effective design and coding practices.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Lead the design of data models, APIs, and integration strategies for microservices architecture.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python.
• Proven experience in an architect or lead role, designing and implementing complex software systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, Flask, FastApi or other relevant frameworks.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
