What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks: Collaborate with the development team to create test frameworks that are efficient, reusable, and scalable for UI, API, and back-end services.
• Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts: Create and run test automation suites to validate functionality, performance, and stability of the application.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best testing practices: Ensure high-quality test code through code reviews and establish best practices in test automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
• Integrate tests into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines: Ensure that automated tests are part of the CI/CD pipelines and that builds and releases are tested efficiently.
• Investigate, identify, and report defects: Debug test failures, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Performance and load testing: Design and implement tests for performance, scalability, and reliability of the system.
• Contribute to test planning and execution: Provide input for test strategies and plans and participate in manual testing where needed.
• Improve test coverage and quality metrics: Continuously improve the test coverage and monitor quality metrics to ensure the software meets the highest quality standards. 

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Tier 1 preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in software development and test automation
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Experience with RESTful APIs testing and service-level automation tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a focus on continuous delivery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and test methodologies (unit, integration, regression, performance testing).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication skills, and a continuous learning mindset.
