What you'll do :

• Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
• Ensure proper integration between the front-end and back-end systems, with a focus on performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Implement security best practices, ensuring the security and integrity of the applications.
• Participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.

What makes you a great fit :

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and SQL.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern libraries like Redux.
• Backend expertise with Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express) and experience in creating RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and query optimization.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on quality.
