What you'll do
• Design, develop, and maintain our web applications using Ruby on Rails

• Work with other team members to ensure that our applications are high-quality, secure, and scalable

• Stay up to date on the latest Ruby and Rails technologies

• Troubleshoot and debug issues

• Participate in code reviews

• Document code

• Work with our product team to gather requirements and design new features

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails

• Strong understanding of web development best practices

• Experience with relational databases

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec and Capybara

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

• Competency using Git
