What you'll do:

• Work with engineers and business stakeholders to understand the nature and background of the problems 
• Pair with fellow engineers and Architects group to dissect the incoming problem statement and provide the best possible solution 
• Craft reusable, reliable, accessible & delightful UI components that work flawlessly across various web browsers & devices 
• Build and maintain various utilities focused on improving designer or developer productivity 
• Own the health and performance of the team's infrastructure 
• Create and develop metrics to evaluate the usage and success of the products you're accountable for. 
• Own and Implement the features using the technology stack that we have in place while bringing in flavors of latest but proven trends and methods 
• Learn and  Evangelize best practices in software development and raise the bar of engineering practices 
• Write concise, maintainable, efficient code that brings joy to present & future maintainers
• Mentor and Guide the junior engineers in the team towards making them better engineers in their respective areas

What makes you a great fit:

• Are a polyglot developer with at least 3-6 years of experience in building frontend systems. 
• Have significant experience with Frontend Technologies like ReactJS / Typescript / NodeJS. 
• Fluent in responsive design and mobile/tablet UX/UI. 
• Having knowledge of UI testing automation frameworks, GraphQL and Micro frontend is a plus.
• Have some understanding of backend stack like Microservices / Databases / RPCs etc. 
• Working knowledge of AWS, docker, and Kubernetes. 
• Are compassionate collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse, cross functional team 
• Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, wearing multiple hats to create an impact on the business.
