What you will do:

• Taking full ownership of tasks and responsibilities is a must-have trait
• Develop and maintain test cases aligned with functional requirements.
• Ensure complete test coverage of all features and modules.
• Create and manage system functional flow documentation (experience with tools like Eraser.io, Excalidraw, and Draw.io is a plus).
• Work closely with developers and the product team to understand and clarify requirements, maintaining accurate functional documentation
• Test user interfaces built with NextJs, Webflow, and WordPress.
• Ensure functionality across different browsers and devices.
• Ensure marketing websites (Webflow and WordPress) perform as expected regarding layout, responsiveness, and user experience.
  
• Use POSTMAN to create, maintain, and execute API test cases.
• Ensure data interactions between the frontend and backend are correct
• Design and maintain regression test suites.
• Perform smoke testing to validate key functionalities after updates or releases.
• Identify and report bugs using JIRA or other bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with the development team for bug resolution.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other team members to enhance product quality.
• Provide timely feedback and suggestions to improve product quality and efficiency
• A basic understanding of security and load testing practices is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in testing large transactional and complex web-based systems
• Creating Test Cases and maintaining them with changes in functionality
• Creating and maintaining end-to-end system functional documentation
• Well-versed in productivity and AI tools to increase productivity.
• 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing and creating functional documentation.
• 1+ years of experience in testing and operating high-volume production applications.
• 1+ years of experience in multiple tools including Postman, JMeter, Jira, Browserstack, etc
• 1+ years of collaborating experience with product/engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies
• Exceptionally well-organized individual with great listening and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape
