What you will do:

• Create Security vulnerability analysis framework covering all 3rd party suppliers.
• Undertake technical analysis to identify and report trends across all 3rd party suppliers.
• Review Security policies, processes and procedures and update where necessary.
• Implement a standardized process and lifecycle for managing 3rd party supplier relationships.
• Create policies and procedures that address the handling incidents and contingencies associated with 3rd party supplier access including responsibilities of both the organization and suppliers.
• Implement defect resolution and conflict resolution processes.
• Security Consultancy services to support Security Advisory & Security Operations service.
• Provide threat and vulnerability analysis/advisory in combination with 3rd party external vendor
• Work with 3rd party external SOC vendor to provide technical analysis, trend reports (security Key Risk Indicators) and other security reporting.
• Provide best practice incident management guidelines on how to manage and resolve incidents when needed.
• Embed best practice guidelines by reviewing all security incidents which occur during this engagement, providing training and recommended actions plans to incident managers and incident response teams.
• Review of stipulated SLAs associated with incident management
• Optimise systems that track the performance and status of all third-party security controls that are in place.
