What you'll do:

• Define use-cases in SOAR for faster incident detection and reaction times.
• Define use-cases in SOAR for faster operations
• Work with the CDCC for better defining threat context
• Track analyst productivity based on SOAR use-cases.
• Demonstrate streamlined operations based on SOAR use-cases
• Continuously review and improve the use-cases
• Continuously review multiple sources (incidents, VAPT, red-teams etc.) of use-cases to enrich and define new use-cases
• Establish close working relations with OEMs to continuously build and enrich use-cases
• Establish close working relations with internal stakeholders and businesses to enrich use-cases
• Define various correlation use-cases
• Define UEBA use-cases for monitoring, detection and alerting of anomalies
• Identify use-cases in specialized areas such as employee monitoring, trusted hosts monitoring, fraud etc.
• Generate analytics from UEBA outcomes to determine
• Define processes for continual improvement of the CDCC
• Review incidents, root-cause reports, use-cases etc. on a regular basis and identify improvements
• Continuously liaise with red, blue and purple teamers to gather feedback on the improvement of the CDCC
• Gather feedback from businesses towards the continual improvement of the CDCC
• Ensure that the CDCC complies with the business, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to businesses
