• Lead technical roadmap for Niro’s data, analytics and insights delivery platform
  
• Build and maintain scalable, fault tolerant ETL pipelines on AWS in Python/PySpark to consume data from multiple data sources
• Develop and manage dataset processes, ensuring reliability, efficiency and overall data quality
• Design and build scalable analytical engineering pipelines – data ingestion, feature engineering, segmentation/model scoring, marketing experiments measurements
• Collaborate with Product and Technology team to integrate data systems and process
• Design and build MIS Systems/ BI dashboards in AWS Quick sight
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, optimize SQL queries and data storage. Create and maintain documentation of data systems and processes
• Lead a team of 2 data engineer/ data analysts
• Stay up to date with current and new data management technologies and trends

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering
  
• Hands on experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipeline and ETL processes using Airflow. Apache Spark/Snowpark, ML Flow etc
• Strong experience in SQL, Python, BI Tools – AWS Quick sight
• Experience with Devops tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability, Ability to work independently as well as team environment
• Prior Knowledge of implementation of Statistical and ML models in batch and real-time would be strong plus
• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in engineering, preferably in computer science or information technology or data science
