What you'll do:

• Software Development Infrastructure: Plan, implement and maintain the software development infrastructure to ensure robust and scalable systems.
• Automation Across Cloud Providers: Introduce and oversee software development automation across cloud providers like AWS and GCP to optimize performance and reduce manual
• intervention.
• Continuous Integration & Delivery: Help develop, manage, and monitor continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) systems to ensure smooth and efficient software releases.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with software developers and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of new software releases, aligning with business objectives.
• Code Review & Development: Contribute to software design and development, including performing code reviews and providing feedback to maintain high-quality code.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving when issues arise, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
• Team Improvement Initiatives: Participate in team improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the development process and overall team performance.
• Internal Documentation: Help create and maintain internal documentation using Git or other similar applications to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the team.
• Provide on-call support as needed & Understand product requirements and business challenges to architect work.

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Security & CI/CD Automation: Strong understanding of the best security practices and experience in automating security testing and updates in the CI/CD pipelines.
• Disaster Recovery & SecOps: Good exposure to Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, SecOps, and proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Monitoring & Logging Infrastructure: Ability to deploy monitoring and logging infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Nagios, ELK, and Datadog.
• Containerization Expertise: Proficiency in container frameworks like Docker and Kubernetes to manage and deploy applications efficiently.
• Infrastructure Automation: Mastery in the use of infrastructure automation toolsets like
• Terraform, Ansible, and command line interfaces for Amazon AWS and other cloud platforms.
