What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create beautiful, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter
• Communicating with product and engineering leads to implementing business and project objectives
• Understand basic concepts of design for developing user friendly applications
• Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for various mobile platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications leverage the latest features and capabilities
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and other technical issues
• Maintain thorough documentation of all development activities
• Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment

What makes you a great fit:

• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a minimum of 4 years
• Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavREsors and app architecture
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language
• Solid understanding of the Flutter framework and its core principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration
• Strong knowledge of state management and data storage solutions in Flutter
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Familiarity with cloud services and cloud development
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A portfolio of Flutter projects demonstrating your skills and experience
• Experience with native mobile app development (Android/iOS) is a plus
• Knowledge of design patterns, such as BLoC and Provider 
• Experience with automated testing and test-driven development (TDD)
• Understanding of Material Design guidelines
