What will you do:

• Design, develop, enhance, and test application components using the best engineering practices
• Take full ownership of the development life cycle, code and product quality.
• Oversee a team of frontend engineers across Web, Android and IOS applications.
• Assist with product planning, estimating and managing timelines, delegating work, identify and repair technical issues
• Evaluate team working methods and continuously implement changes to streamline operations
• Take ownership of code quality, assist/Conduct peer code reviews, unit testing and integration testing.
• Understand business requirements, participate in technical discussions, ideate with product managers and business leaders to develop applications loved by our customers
• Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.
• Leads tech recruitment efforts

What makes you  a great fit:

• Bachelors in Computer Sciences or equivalent engineering degree from reputed institutes
• Minimum 6 years experience as a frontend engineer (preferably in product driven organisations)
• Highly Proficient in ReactJS (Minimum 4 years of experience)
• Working experience in React Native is preferable
• Solid foundations in HTML5, CSS and excellent JavaScript skills are a must
• Deep understanding of software engineering practices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms.
• Experience in chart/graph JS libraries will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of SEO principles
• Strong communication skills and sense of ownership
