What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (REACT)
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, evaluating their potential to improve our products
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring a smooth user experience
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services

What makes you a great fit:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in JavaScript (React, Angular, Sail, etc), Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Tooling
• Should possess a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Frameworks like Bootstrap and preprocessors like SASS/LESS
• Experience with PWA, Next.js, Ramda, Typescript would be a plus
• You are passionate about performance profiling, debugging, and benchmarking
• Experience in Node server, Socket connections, and mechanisms to handle real-time a sync data would be a plus
• Experience in Nodejs Backend development, Database technologies, SQL would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills, good visual design sense, and experience in developing complex web based applications
• Open-source contribution is a plus
• Highly enthusiastic and enjoy learning new technologies and frameworks
• High adaptability in a dynamic start-up environment
