What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Django, and FastAPI
• Work directly with senior product and tech leadership to build an enterprise-ready, tech-first giving platform
• Work closely with front-end developers to implement a modern architecture and best practices for a mature SaaS frontend application
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

• 8+ years of experience in Django/Python and React
• Expertise in API design best practices and modern strategies for FE/BE integrations
• Experience building high-quality B2B and client APIs to power and interface with enterprise systems, as well as system integrations via SSO
• Experience in building dynamic, white-labeled applications with flexible configuration (ie. multi-tenant SaaS applications)
• Product-minded approach to technical issues, always considering business intent and striving for the “best” solution.
