What you'll do:

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand MDM requirements and objectives,

including data domains, data governance policies, and data quality standards.

 Design and implement master data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and relationships to

support business processes and data integration needs.

 Develop data integration pipelines and ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load

master data from source systems into MDM repositories.

 Implement data quality checks, validations, and cleansing routines to ensure the accuracy,

completeness, and consistency of master data.

 Configure and customize MDM platforms to meet business needs, including data

validation rules, workflow automation, and user access controls.

 Perform data profiling, deduplication, and enrichment activities to enhance the quality

and usability of master data assets.

 Collaborate with data architects and solution architects to integrate MDM solutions with

existing data management systems and applications.

 Monitor MDM performance, identify and resolve data quality issues, and optimize data

processes for efficiency and scalability.

 Document MDM processes, data mappings, data lineage, and data governance policies

for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.

 Provide technical support and guidance to business users, data stewards, and IT teams on

MDM best practices, tools, and technologies.

What makes you a great fit:

 Solid understanding of MDM concepts, methodologies, and best practices, with handson

experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions.

 Proficiency in data modeling, data governance, data quality management, and data

stewardship principles and techniques.

 Experience with MDM platforms and tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, Profisee, IBM

InfoSphere MDM), including configuration, customization, and administration.

 Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server,

Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

 Experience with data integration tools and ETL technologies (e.g., Informatica

PowerCenter, Talend, SSIS).

 Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for data manipulation,

automation, and orchestration.

 Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

 Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to

detail.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively

with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

 Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.
