What you'll do:

• Design and conduct experiments within performance guidelines, analyzing outcomes to drive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain services with a focus on high service quality and risk management, leveraging industry best practices.
• Break down complex projects into manageable tasks with clear stakeholder visibility.
• Oversee end-to-end ML project lifecycles, from data preparation to deployment and monitoring.
• Apply foundational knowledge in ML, statistics, and deep learning to create research-backed models.
• Stay updated on the latest ML practices and developments, mentoring team members as needed.

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience: 3–5 years in building, deploying, and maintaining scalable ML solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and one distributed data framework (e.g., Spark, Ray, Dask).
• Foundational Knowledge: Strong background in machine learning, probability, statistics, and deep learning.
• System Design: Experience designing large-scale ML systems.

• Candidate should currently reside in Bangalore and be available for an in-person drive on November 23rd.
