What makes you a great fit:

Proficient in writing REST APIs in Python for large-scale applications
Proficient in at least one web framework (Flask, Django etc)
Proficient with unit testing frameworks like PyUnit
Proficient in JIRA, GIT
Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
Ability to grok a large problem statement & should possess good problem-solving capabilities
