What will you do:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other related technologies.
• Build and manage automated testing and deployment pipelines using GitHub and Codepipeline.
• Architect and implement efficient data pipelines and workflows to handle large-scale data processing.
• Manage and optimize databases, including DynamoDB, Postgres, and S3, to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python.
• Proven experience in designing and building serverless applications and microservices.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and others.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
• Proficiency in Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with automated testing and deployment tools such as GitHub, Codepipeline, and others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web development practices.
