What you will do:

1.⁠ ⁠Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Python.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

2.⁠ ⁠Code Review and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement and manage automated testing and continuous integration processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

3.⁠ ⁠Architecture and Design:

• Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of the software stack.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of the applications through effective design and code optimization.

4.⁠ ⁠Mentorship and Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
• Lead and participate in team meetings, code reviews, and design discussions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and processes.
•  Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g.,Docker, Kubernetes).
