What will you do:

• Review and analyse system specifications.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Mentor and guide the junior QA resource and help improve their skill sets.
• Execute test cases (manual) and analyse results.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot complex and hard to replicate issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Black box, White box and Regression testing.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Have work experience in JIRA or Asana for bug tracking tools.
• Willing to learn automation, having some prior exposure to QA automation tools will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must have strong analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Candidate must be ready to assume responsibility, ownership of testing, be independent, and at the same time are open to learning something new.
