What you'll do:

• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Perform manual testing to ensure product meets specified requirements.
• Revisit the Regression Suite To guarantee it appropriately covers all important functionality and latest changes in the program, therefore ensuring excellent software quality.
• Review the test cases written and executed by the manual testers.
• Mentor junior QA Engineers and share best practices.
• Participate in daily calls, sprint review calls, refinement calls etc.
• Create and maintain documentation for QA Processes and ensure these are followed.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to the enhancement of the QA process.
• Execute Risk Assessments and derive effective test coverage.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Plan trainings as per requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, to maintain the highest standards of software quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
•  Coordinate with Automation team for any kind of maintenance to be done for existing scripts.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Proven work experience as a software test engineer.
• Experience working with AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.
